What we collect

• Order information such as name, email, delivery address and the artwork you order.
• GPS route data from files you choose to upload, including coordinates, timestamps and elevation where present.
• Artwork choices such as title, selected route section, colours, size and frame.
• Payments, which are processed by our commerce and payment providers. We do not store full card details.
• Analytics only when you consent to non-essential cookies.

How route data is used

Your GPS file is read in your browser. Coordinates are used to retrieve the elevation data needed to build the preview. If you place an order, the route file and your artwork choices are stored privately so we can produce and support the finished piece. We do not publish or sell your route.

Service providers and retention

We use contracted providers for commerce, payments, hosting, storage, email and consent-based analytics. Order records are retained as required by Danish accounting law. Production data is kept only as long as needed to make, support or reproduce your order.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability and object to processing where applicable. You may also complain to Datatilsynet.
